Wil’s current research focuses on the question of how to assess the quality of community theatre. The field of community theatre in the Netherlands is rapidly expanding. More and more the need is felt for new analytical instruments to assess the quality of the very different theatre projects that are collected under the name of community theatre, and his research aims at developing such instruments.
